They got acquainted with the tourist potential of Georgia in London and Paris
The National Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia took part in the international travel media conference in Great Britain and France.
At the International Media Marketplace held in London and Paris, representatives of the British, French and American media, PR specialists and representatives of the tourism sector got acquainted with the tourist direction of Georgia. A presentation about Georgia was organized within the event.
"The National Tourism Administration attended the international media conferences held in Britain and France. At the mentioned event, we had the opportunity to hold meetings with international media platforms such as: BBC, CNN, Condé Nast Traveler, National Geographic and others. As you know, we actively cooperate with them, articles and programs are constantly being prepared in the mentioned media. The European market, specifically in Britain and France, is very important for us. We are active We participate in various types of events. We think that this year from these countries will be successful and many more travelers will come to Georgia", said the head of the National Tourism Administration, Maya Omiadze.
The International Media Marketplace is one of the world's most influential travel media conferences, with over 700 journalists, bloggers, tourism and marketing professionals attending both events.
In order to promote the Georgian tourist destination on the French, Great Britain, European and American markets, representatives of the National Tourism Administration held workshops with BBC Travel, National Geographic Traveler, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Independent, Daily Mail, Conde Nast Traveler, Le Figaro, Voyage, National Geographic France, Le Monde, Le Parisien, GEO, National Geographic Traveler of France, Condé Nast Traveler France and TourMaG, &n bsp; with journalists, travel writers and bloggers from TV5, Lonley Planet, Premium Magazine and other media platforms.
"This is the 14th year we have hosted Travel Media's International Media Marketing (IMM) event in the UK. We hold this forum in Singapore, Sydney, Berlin, Paris, as well as in London and New York.
